Before you send your design

Which file formats can I send?

STL and OBJ files can be previewed and measured for an approximate estimate. 3MF files are accepted for manual review. If you only have an image, choose the image request option.

Is the instant price the final price?

No. It is a preliminary material-based estimate, not an exact slicer quote. We check supports, print orientation, walls, tolerances, and delivery needs, then confirm the final quote before production.

What if I do not know which material to choose?

Describe how the part will be used in the project notes. We can recommend a material and discuss any changes before confirming your order.
